The Forum has previously hosted a number of events, most notably the Manufacturing, Technology and Innovation exhibition. 

The 2014 event was the most successful to date, combining a bustling exhibition area with keynotes on supply chain opportunities, funding and support, social media, and graphene technology. MTI ’14 was attended by more than 250 industry professionals and attracted praise from exhibitors and visitors, as well as a live broadcast on BBC Spotlight.

Hosted alongside was the Engineering Your Future event for students interested in careers in technology and manufacturing, which drew in students from most local secondary schools and colleges, inspiring the next generation of experts.
