What is the Torbay Business Barometer?
The Business Barometer is twice yearly snapshot of the current health of Torbay’s economy. It surveys a number of businesses across the Bay to understand; how they are performing, business needs, economic performance and concerns or barriers to growth. The Barometer also enables businesses to help shape the work of the Torbay development Agency.
How is the Business Barometer used?
By monitoring the performance of local businesses and economy and businesses the TDA can make informed decisions based on business feedback about the kind of support on offer in the Bay, enabling us to create a supportive environment to continue helping businesses to grow and prosper.
The information from the Barometer is used to influence and shape the activities of Torbay Development Agency and make sure that they are providing the correct support to benefit Torbay’s business community.
