Whitley Court

The only extra care scheme in Paignton, Whitley Court, completed in 2015.

The £14 million development provides 123 new homes and is made up of 1 and 2 bed self-contained apartments and bungalows which were designed to give residents maximum independence with care and support on site as needed.

TDA advised a design team and worked alongside the Housing Association to complete the scheme.
