TDA working with schools from Bournemouth to Cornwall

Earlier this year, TDA Property Services Team won a competitive tender to carry out condition surveys for Plymouth CAST, the largest multi academy trust in the South West, adding to their growing port folio.
TDA Property Services Team are providing services for at least 6 separate Academy Trusts in several locations across the South West including South Hams District Council, West Devon Borough Council and Somerset County Council. Additional services available include prioritisation of repair and maintenance programmes and any required remedial works.

Onsite surveys have now been completed at all 36 school sites within the Trust, located across Devon, Cornwall and Dorset. The surveys took 3 months to complete and the results will be presented to the client by the end of October.
