Parking

• We manage and maintain all council owned off street parking facilities
• We maintain all Pay & Display machines in these facilities and on street locations
• We maintain a clean, safe environment for all our customers in our off street parking facilities
• We work in partnership with all areas of the Council supporting Event Organisers across the Bay who require road closures or use of our off street parking facilities
• We manage the enforcement of all off street and on street parking restrictions under Civil Parking Enforcement (CPE)
• We administer parking permits and free parking permits for (entitled) disabled blue badge holders for use in our car parks
• We issue Parking Dispensation Notices for contractors requiring constant access to their vehicles whilst working on street
• We compile and produce the Annual Parking Report

Pay & Display car parks
Use any Torbay Council Pay & Display car park in Torbay throughout December and pay £1 fixed charge for the whole weekend.

Please note: this promotion is only valid in Torbay Council car parks and does not apply when using on-street Pay & Display parking bays. When leaving your vehicle in a car park, look for the Torbay Council signs to ensure the site you are using is operated by Torbay Council and not privately run by another operator, as different terms and conditions of use will apply.
