Torbay Council have exciting plans to improve one of Torquay Harbour’s most prominent thoroughfares, Victoria Parade.

If their HLF bid is successful, the makeover will start in the new year, with improvements to the waterfront façade. Torquay Harbour is one of our heritage gems and has sentimental and historic value for many visitors and residents; therefore we are committed to ensuring it looks its best.
