Torbay A Brighter Bay Video

Torbay Council and the Torbay Development Agency have produced a promotional film which was shown to over 60 potential investors from throughout the UK who visited Torbay to find out about the development opportunities, which could attract over £400million investment to Torbay and 2,000 jobs.
