The Princess Royal will meet local dignitaries at the entrance to the new fish quay, to be escorted by Tor Bay Harbour Master, Paul Labistour, on a tour of the new facilities. Her Royal Highness will meet local boat owners on the landing quay; see the fish auction in action in the new fish market and a filleting demonstration; and view a new public art work.

18/03/2011 Brixham Consultation Report to be published 21 April
In October 2010 consultants Savills were appointed by the Torbay Development Agency (TDA) to prepare a Site Development Brief for the development of Freshwater Quarry and Oxen Cove in Brixham, funded by the South West Regional Development Agency. The TDA and Council’s aim is to use the revenue from such a development to fund either wholly or in part the proposed Northern Arm Breakwater.
