Urban Enterprise

Torbay has secured funding from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and South West Regional Development Agency (SWRDA) to deliver a number of projects aimed at supporting enterprise in the Bay’s most deprived communities.

Up to £2million of ERDF will be spent delivering the following projects:

Enterprise coaching and Intensive Start-up Support - Outset Torbay
Supporting social enterprise - Co-active
Micro loans (see Microcredit Fund )

These projects will help create new jobs and new businesses to support the development of the Bay’s economy.
