Torbay Aftercare Programme

To be able to successfully promote Torbay as a first choice business destination we recognise the importance of speaking directly with local companies to gain valuable feedback on their opinions, as to the current local business climate and what we might be able to do to assist.

We are also developing key sector network groups around the areas of Advanced Electronics, Medical/Healthcare Research and Technologies, Environmental Industries (Marine related research & technology) and marine industries.

These groups will meet to determine their own remit facilitated by the Torbay Development Agency. It is hoped that advantages around supply chain management, common procurement and joint marketing activities will be the main benefit of these groups and will help in attracting further investment into Torbay.
