As an award winning provider of business and property services, TDA makes a real difference to the lives of people living and working in the South West.  We are growing fast with over 100 people already employed and need an enthusiastic and vibrant Receptionist/Clerical Support Assistant.  The full time position will include general receptionist duties including manning the phone and enquiries mailbox, following building safety procedures regarding visitors, ensuring that the reception area is presentable at all times, passing on accurate messages in a timely fashion, postal duties, clerical support on projects/events and occasional diary coordination.

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

Microsoft Office, telephony, verbal communication, a good listener, confident and professional, customer focused, understanding of organisation/office environment, works well under pressure, ability to multi task.
